Frequently Asked Questions

Go to Settings → Account → Restore Purchases in the game. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Progress is saved to your device and iCloud. If you reinstalled, enable iCloud Drive and relaunch the app to sync. For further help, contact us below with your Player ID (found in Settings).

A guaranteed 5-star summon triggers at a set number of pulls if you haven't received one. Your pity counter is preserved across sessions and never resets between banners.

Force-close the app, ensure iOS is up to date, then relaunch. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall — your iCloud save will restore automatically. Contact us if it continues.

Use Restore Purchases first. If items still don't appear within 24 hours, contact us with your Apple Order ID (from your purchase confirmation email) and Player ID.

Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and select "Request a Refund."

Shrine Maiden Legends collects only the data necessary to provide gameplay services: a device-generated Player ID, in-app purchase receipts verified through Apple, and optional crash/performance diagnostics. No personally identifiable information is collected without your consent.

We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — Natsukashii Studios never has access to your payment details.
