Overview

Natsukashii Studios ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Shrine Maiden Legends (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By downloading or using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and improve the App:

• Player ID — a device-generated identifier used to save and restore your game progress. This ID is not linked to your name or personal identity.
• Purchase receipts — in-app purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We receive only a receipt confirmation to verify entitlements. We never see or store your payment details.
• Crash and performance data — anonymous diagnostics to help us identify and fix technical issues. This data contains no personally identifiable information.
• Game progress data — your in-game achievements, roster, and settings saved via iCloud to enable cross-device continuity.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information (unless you contact us directly via the support form)
• Your location or GPS data
• Your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
• Browsing history or data from other apps
• Any data for advertising or tracking purposes

How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is used solely to:

• Save and restore your game progress across devices
• Verify in-app purchases and deliver entitlements
• Diagnose crashes and improve App stability
• Respond to support requests you initiate

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Apple App Store & StoreKit — handles all payment processing and purchase verification. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Apple iCloud — used to sync game save data across your devices. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or social media tracking.

Data Retention & Deletion

Game progress data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not maintain a central server copy of your save data.

To delete your data:

• Delete the App from your device to remove locally stored data
• Delete the App's iCloud data via Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage on your device
• Contact us at the address below to request deletion of any support correspondence we hold

Children's Privacy

Shrine Maiden Legends is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
